title:{Life so far...}

iWent...

Konichiwa! Yes, I haven't been writing for quite some time le, I'm lazy! hahaXD Anyway, getting back to the topic, I'm having fun in Poly and at the same time having lots of things to do!! There's lots of preparartion for lessons we have to do, events, planning for our project work and research for individual assignment... Super crazy sia, but still more relaxed than JC la! :D

Oh yes, and there's a new girl in our class, called Sarah Chan, and guess what? She's MW's ex-TJC classmate!! haha, what a coincidence!! :D

Anyways, I went to Sentosa's RWS just recently (last Saturday). That place is awesome man! I totally felt like I was overseas! No need for travelling, haha! OKay la, not soo exagerated la, but it's really nice! :D

Oh yes, then this Thursday I went Ikea with some of my classmates. The food was not bad, just kinda pricy ya! However, I like the way they sell their specialties! All self serviced, love it! :)
We actually wanted to study after that, but they don't feel like it so we just walked around. However, some of my friends and I went back earlier...

Then finally comes the Gorientation I went for yesterday... It's really fun, I'm just ok scared! Just one tiny bit negative point, the "wanderers" screamed just beside my ears and I think I might go deaf then!! haha, but overall it was exciting! I think our class bonded more. :)
After the whole thing Penny, Cat and I took bus 69 together and we were like talking about real life ghost stories... That kinda freaked me out man!

Yup, tt's all so far. Just one thing, CCN day for TP is coming up! (7 May 2010) It's also TP's 20th anniversary! Lessons as usual till 11am, then we have a charity funfair! Well, kaynow! Till then, bye!

title:{1K01...}

iBegin my school life in TP!

Bonjour! My school life in TP finally started on 19th April after such a long, and I say rather mundane break of approximately 4 months. My class for this AY2010/2011 is 1K01 of LRM!

Yup, my class is rather friendly and in my opinion, we could communicate fine with each other. The majority of 1K01 however, is made up of girls. There are only 5 guys in the entire enrolment of 22 in 1K01. Haha. Most of the time we girls would be in our own groups and the guys their own. We have been meeting up before every lesson this week so far. Today, some of us would be going for the CCA recruitment drive to take a look.

Moving on to the lectures itself, I find the subjects' lectures I've attended so far are rather acceptable. I'll be studying 7 subjects at the moment, not sure if more to come. However, I kinda dislike our Care Person (CP), in other words a Form Teacher, as she is rather impatient and a wee bit weird.

Summing up, school life in TP is fine, just rather crowdy everywhere. I think I could get used to it! Just a little disappointed in the annual class changing system; I wouldn't be able to be with the same classmates for 3 years... Kay now, Au Revoir!

title:{More intro of LRM...}

iCheered for TP Business today!

¡Hola! Today is another day at our sole 2 days of freshmen orientation! I was introduced more about my course (LRM), the life in TP and the rule and regulations. TP also had the olympiads, cheerleading and regatta 2010.

On this jovial day, we the Business School took home the overall championship the sixth consecutive time! Hip hip hooray! I'm so proud of my school! :) Today's a great day except for the segment that required us to stand in the grass patch spectator area.

It was full of our mother nature's unwelcomed creepy crawllers! What a scary sight. Let's see, we've got caterpillars, brown bugs, ants, flies, spiders, and many others that I may not (and luckily) have noticed or encountered.

On the other hand, other suprising incidences happened too! I met Carol Gan, Zhi Qing, Bing Xin, Annabel Chow, and others unexpectedly in school! I also met up with Shalin after the whole thing and we went dinner together with Zhi Qing. In TP, it's really kind of a small world!

To end off, I would like to mention again that I had a blast of a day and made new friends in TP. :) The orientations' great. I'm glad LRM is having another personal one! Yay! I really look forward to it... Oh yes, and now I'm still deciding whether or not to join LRMIG, haiz... Au Revoir!

iParticipate in Business orientation!

¡Hola! I just found out last night online that I belonged to 1k01 (my class), and Penny will be in 1k07 for the AY 2010/2011!! What a disappointment! We can't be in the same class... Awww man...

Anyway, things with my class turned out pretty well and I had a lot of fun and made new friends! I even added them on Facebook as soon as I got home. My class ha 21 people, well not so bad at all! In this way, it will be better to focus and learn more! People in my class were really nice, one even lent me $6! Yay:)

I learnt the mass dance again today, with a foreign partner AGAIN! Haiz, I really wanna do it with my friends... Anyway, we also learnt new cheers today, for business school. Man, there is a lot of cheers, but they were really fun:) Tomorrow we'll be having cheerleading, olympiad and the temasek regetta. Anyway, there will be another Scarfo dinner gathering. I wonder if I should go..?

Nevermind, I'll decide on that tomorrow. Got to reach TP by 8.15am, so gonna sleep! Anyongkasayo and Buenos noches!

title:{A busy day...}

iMeet my friends today!

¡Hola! Today's kinda a hectic day. Firstly, I woke up at 1.30am in the morning after a call from my sister saying she's back. My mom and I then got dressed and got out of the house to fetch her home from the airport. My sister sure bought lotsa stuff home man! Mostly food and her clothes, but she got me a bag... :)

Okay, then we had supper (or shall I say semi breakfast?) at McDonalds before heading home. We actually thought of sleeping there till it's 6am in the morning so we can take the public transport home (sure to save money). However, we came home anyway and the trip home costed $18+!! Crazy expensive. Btw, I had fun unpacking the stuff my sis brought home. :)

Then my mom and I were supposed to go swimming at 8am in the morning as it's rare for her to get a day off that crappy job. However, I was too tired and am a very stupid, stubborn, irresponsible and unsensible girl. I declinced to wake up when she tried to wake me up once as I was too tired. Then, here comes her cold-blooded boss calling her to go work at the useless dump. When I finally convinced myself go wake up, I saw my mum already having her breakfast and having to go work. IDIOT ME.

I can't be bothered with that anymore. Anyways, I then went to meet up Valerie, Penny and MW in KC for the collection of our year books, certificates and testimonials. We went for an ice-cream at McDonalds after that. However, the wet weather just made our day a drenched one. We had to run across an unshelther area to McDonalds!! The wind was soooooo big!

Carrying on, Valerie went for tuition, MW and Penny went home while I met my friend Najlaa at Eunos MRT before going TP for Scarfo's dinner gathering. I had to walk back and forth from the bus stop to the train station, please just don't even ask why... Thus, we had dinner with our Scarfo. It was a kinda awkward, being left out and can't mix with the crowd kind of situation for us. All I can say is that I hate this awkwardness.

I went home after that. That's the end of the story. Bye.

iGo to work!

¡Hola! Yup, in approximately 3hours time, I'll be going to work! I dread it, but I wanna earn some pocket money to spend... So I guess, I have to jia you! Go go go!

I kinda didn't go for the FOC on Friday night as Najlaa's parents think it was too late. I didn't wanna feel awakard there, so I stayed home to accompany my mum. My sis went to Tokyo, Japan so the house feels kinda empty... Anyway, she'll be back soon! Yes! She told us it would be early next week! Yippee!

Anyway, I'll be working at St. Regis hotel as I was assigned to be under it by my recruitment agency (TCC). The advantages are that I can stop work during school and continue anytime! All I have to do is to make a booking for my job before going. The disadvantages are that the recruitment agency absorbs about 40% of our pay and that that the person in-charge of the bookings for St. Regis hotel is very irritating! Yes, yes, the pay is kinda sad :(

Anyway, I'll be meeting my best friends in KC next Tuesday! Yippee! We're going back to collect our testimonial and year book. Oh yes, and week 0 of my AY2010/2011 starts next week! I guess my holidays are finally coming to an end... Oh man....

¡Hola! It's a another plain and boring of April... My parents at work, my sis went to Japan and I am at home alone, pathetically typing on my laptop. I guess after the past 3 days of fun activities, this day seemed to be even more mundane!

Anyways, my sis only returns next week! What a bummer! I really miss her... AND the Japan goodies that she's gonna bring home! Lol.

Anyway, I made up my mind and I decided to go to TP's performance night and JAM&HOP session tomorrow! Najlaa is going with me! Penny's also going, but she's from Zadas and she'll be going with her friends. So I'd feel extra when she goes mix with her FOW buddies... Luckily, I have Najlaa, my dear Scarfo buddy!
